St. Peter Parish, North Ridgeville
Coordinator of Youth Ministry
Reports To: The pastor
Hours: Full-time; will include evenings and weekends
Position Summary: The Coordinator of Youth Ministry will minister to the parish’s high school-aged and junior high school-aged (grades 6-8) youth through vibrant comprehensive Catholic youth ministry, including a Confirmation Ministry, with the goals of leading teens closer to Christ and forming missionary disciples. They will serve as a collaborative member of the parish team.
Candidate requirements: Candidates are to have experience in youth ministry, a bachelor degree in youth ministry, theology or relevant area of competence. The candidates are expected to wholeheartedly embrace the Catholic faith as taught by the Catechism of the Catholic Church as well as the vision of St. Peter Parish, where Christ is personally encountered, intentionally followed and joyfully shared. Members will worship together, grow spiritually, serve others, build community and give cheerfully.

Parish Summary: St. Peter Parish is in the growing suburb of North Ridgeville in the Diocese of Cleveland, located in Lorain County between Westlake and Elyria with 1950 registered households and a Catholic school of 325 students, Pre-K through Grade 8.
