Job Opening: Coordinator of Youth Ministry
Location: Catholic Center, Indianapolis
Status: Full-Time | FLSA: Exempt

The Archdiocese of Indianapolis is seeking a passionate and mission-driven Coordinator of Youth Ministry to support and advance youth ministry efforts across the Archdiocese. This role collaborates closely with the Director of Youth Ministry to lead large-scale youth events, support parish youth ministers, and promote a comprehensive vision for youth discipleship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute archdiocesan youth events (e.g., NCYC, Ignite, Youth Rally for Life)
• Support Director to plan and execute archdiocesan youth minister programming aimed at formation of leaders.
• Engage in direct relational ministry with youth ministers in the Archdiocese
• Manage office communication through digital platforms and social media
• Represent the Archdiocese at local, regional, and national gatherings

Qualifications:
• Practicing Catholic with knowledge of Church teachings
• Experience in youth ministry and leadership
• Ability to work with middle school and high school youth and knowledge of developmentally appropriate needs
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Proficiency in digital tools and social media
• Flexibility and adaptability to work well with others in a team environment
