This role serves as the chief recruiter and architect of the “Sunday Experience.” This individual ensures that every liturgy, from Weekend Masses to funerals and weddings, is staffed with high-quality musicians and well-trained volunteers. This position owns the systems that move parishioners from “pew-sitters” to active liturgical ministers, ensuring the liturgy runs with purposeful excellence.
