DESCRIPTION
St. John the Evangelist Oxford is seeking a faithful and driven Campus Minister to serve the male student community at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss). The Campus Minister will play a key role in evangelization, discipleship, and pastoral accompaniment, fostering a vibrant Catholic presence on campus. In collaboration with the pastor and current (female) campus minister, the minister will focus on mentorship, spiritual formation, and community-building efforts among male students, responding to their unique pastoral needs.
Catholic Campus Ministry strives to help the students of Ole Miss live fully and boldly proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We seek to provide answers to tough questions and opportunities for growth in the grace of God. Through prayer, service, fellowship, spiritual education, and worship in Christ’s Church, we seek to love and serve the Lord and our neighbor. We strive to become saints and help others become saints as well.
