Overview:
St. Mary’s Catholic Center is seeking a highly motivated, mission-driven leader to join our team as the Bilingual and Service Outreach Minister. This individual will be responsible for evangelization and pastoral care of our students, leading prayer and discipleship efforts in both English and Spanish. This role includes managing local service initiatives, mission trips, and advising student leadership within our Hispanic student community.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and disciple students in both English and Spanish, supporting spiritual formation and cultural customs.
Advise and support the Hispanic student organization, Pescadores, and other student-led retreats and service events.
Coordinate and manage local service opportunities and mission trips, fostering a culture of service within the parish.
Serve as a liaison with local service agencies and manage donation drives.
Collaborate with the pastoral team to support parish-wide events and outreach efforts.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Theology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with experience in leading prayer and discipleship.
Organized, self-directed, creative, and able to work in a team environment.
Strong communication skills with flexibility to work nights and weekends.
