DESCRIPTION
The Diocese of Knoxville’s Office of Youth & Young Adult Ministry is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented bilingual Administrative Assistant to support diocesan youth and young adult programs and events. This role provides essential administrative, scheduling, and communication support in both English and Spanish to a collaborative ministry team serving parishes across East Tennessee. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and passionate about supporting the Church’s mission to accompany and form young people.
The Office of Youth & Young Adult Ministry of the Diocese of Knoxville exists to form disciples and raise up leaders in the Church. Serving parishes across East Tennessee, our office supports youth and young adult ministry through diocesan events, retreats, formation opportunities, and collaborative partnerships that foster encounter with Christ and growth in faith. Rooted in accompaniment, excellence, and missionary discipleship, we work to equip young people and those who serve them to live out their faith in their parishes, schools, and communities.
