  • Summary for Pastoral Services: The Associate supports the Coordinator of Pastoral Services, which includes the areas of Pastoral Care, Human Concerns, and Parish Life, and often this person serves as a key contact for the volunteer ministry coordinators, in addition to helping with many tasks. Some tasks may include drafting various communications and content, reports, planning, organization, support in wedding and funeral preparations, and other Pastoral Care needs such as schedules, funeral records and reception signups, Mass intentions, as well as execution/planning of specific meetings, events, etc.

This position will split time as needed, between two departments, within the same building/office – Youth Ministry and Pastoral Services. The Associate Youth & Pastoral Advocate works under the direct supervision of the Parish Youth Advocate and Coordinator of Pastoral Services and will closely collaborate with the Associate Youth Advocate and Pastoral Associate.
