Wildfire An Edge Night on Charity The Edge Night begins with a fun Gather game that consists of love themed “Minute To Win It” games. The Proclaim covers the importance and the power of the theological virtue of charity. During the Break, the youth and the parents will break for small groups and then come back together as families to brainstorm how they can live out the corporal works of mercy. The Send ends the Edge Night with an opportunity for the parents and the youth to reflect on the things that hold them back from the love of God and to let them be burned away in the flames of a bonfire. The Edge Night ends with everyone praying an Act of Charity together Goal of This Night The goal of this Edge Night is for the youth and their parents to come to a greater understanding of the theological virtue of charity. They will learn how it can foster within each of them a more ardent love for God above all things, and a deeper love for others.
