Welcome Home An Edge Issue Night on Family Summary The Edge Night begins with a Gather of games focused on building community and allowing the youth to get to know one another. The Proclaim discusses what it means to be a child of God and explores how the youth are a part of the family of God and the Church. The Break gives the youth an opportunity to create an Edge family tree as well as to discuss the importance of the community they have in the Church. The Edge Night ends with the Send giving the youth an opportunity to pray together and for one another. Goal of This Night The goal of this Edge Night is for the youth to come to a greater understanding of what it means to be a child of God, particularly that they are a part of a larger community and family, the Church, that will journey with them throughout their lives.
