Road Map An Edge Night on Morality This Edge Night begins with a Gather activity of a fast-paced game of ships and sailors in which the youth will have to correctly respond to a set of instructions. The Proclaim will break open the topic of morality by discussing freedom and how we can determine the moral quality of our actions. During the Break, the youth will split into their small groups to walk through scenarios and figure out whether a good decision or bad decision was made. For the Send, the youth will be guided through a reflection on the Beatitudes. Goal of This Night The goal of this Edge Night is for the youth to understand that they have free will to make choices in life and that these choices determine where they go in their lives – good or bad.
