Abide An Edge Night on the Third Commandment About This Night This Edge Night begins with a high energy Gather activity that alternates crazy commands with short periods of rest. The Proclaim focuses on the origins of the Sabbath and how it applies to our lives today. For the Break, small groups will brainstorm ways to keep Sundays holy and focused on the Lord. The Edge Night ends with a time of silent reflection on the Word of God. Goal of This Night The goal of this Edge Night is to help the youth understand the importance of the Sabbath and to give them practical ways to keep the Lord’s day holy and restful.
