The Steubenville Youth Conferences, an outreach of Franciscan University of Steubenville, are a series of 24 conferences across North America that help teens encounter the love of Christ every summer. Each summer, Life Teen hosts several Steubenville Youth Conferences with the hopes of strengthening and inspiring teens and youth groups in their collective journeys to Christ.
Women of all ages, backgrounds, and stages of life are invited through this retreat to reflect upon feminine resilience and how it mirrors Jesus in the Eucharist.
There are many women who are a vital part of salvation history and their stories are critical parts of Sacred Scripture. This scriptural devotion will inspire young women to raise their heads along with Mary, Martha, Lydia, and Esther and look into the eyes of Jesus, the God who loves deeply and perfectly.

Everywhere you look, there’s an ad, magazine cover, or commercial telling you what the new hotness is in diet secrets and workouts. It can be confusing and honestly . . . how do you know what to believe? Don’t let the smiling, skinny people in the ads convince you; you need someone you can trust. That’s why I asked Dr. John Oertle some questions about diets, weight loss, and how you as a teen should approach your health. He’s an awesome, Catholic doctor who’s passionate about sharing the truth about the wonderful body God gave each of us. Enjoy!

If you don’t have authentic friendships I urge you to make this school year count and start seeking God. He gave each of us this gift of friendship and He wants you to receive it.

Because as women we are the crown of creation. God created the oceans, mountains, and the stars, and called it “good,” but when He made woman He said she was, “very good.” That’s how beautiful we are.
When I was a kid, I once took my RipStik out for a cruise around the neighborhood. I was feeling brazen, so I headed down a hill quite confidently…until I hit a rock and went flying. If only I had learned my lesson then. But instead…this summer I got into […]
