The Steubenville Youth Conferences, an outreach of Franciscan University of Steubenville, are a series of 24 conferences across North America that help teens encounter the love of Christ every summer. Each summer, Life Teen hosts several Steubenville Youth Conferences with the hopes of strengthening and inspiring teens and youth groups in their collective journeys to Christ.

Where it might be tempting as a Catholic to spiritualize or minimize sexual crimes because of our faith we now have a duty to take them more seriously than ever.
It’s Monday morning and this is what I know: twenty-six people are dead, by a shooter with an unknown motive, and all this took place in a church — the place where God’s peace is meant to reign — all of this incredibly challenging my faith in God.
