The Steubenville Youth Conferences, an outreach of Franciscan University of Steubenville, are a series of 24 conferences across North America that help teens encounter the love of Christ every summer. Each summer, Life Teen hosts several Steubenville Youth Conferences with the hopes of strengthening and inspiring teens and youth groups in their collective journeys to Christ.
We are offered a future full of hope. That future, however, will not simply arrive at our doorstep. We must co-labor with Christ as he speaks hope into this world. A future of hope starts with the youth of today. They are tomorrow’s prophets and apostles, developers and doctors, teachers and preachers, athletes and artists, mystics and martyrs. How they are shaped today will be how they shape tomorrow.

Every video, I watched it. Every t-shirt, I had it. Every worship night, I praised it. Every event, Six Flag’s Inspiration, retreats, summer camps, leadership conferences, I was there. You get the idea.
Mother Teresa once said, “Do small things with great love.” In this case, small things consisted of green post it notes and a sharpie pen. That, combined with the greatness of God’s love resulted in my post-it note project. Every day for a month my friend and I wrote post-it […]
Last week I stayed up studying for a test until 6 in the morning. Not because I’m obsessed with studying and getting straight A’s. Actually pretty far from it. I had to make up for my laziness and procrastination.
A few months ago two people came in a health clinic in San Bernardino and shot and killed 14 people; one of those lives that were taken was my cousin.
One time when I was on a retreat God really put on my heart that I needed to speak to my youth minister about something I was struggling with. I felt a huge pit in my stomach.
My idea of God’s love was that He loved me just because He was incapable otherwise. But no, He likes me, He delights in me as my good, good Father.
