Why I Did It: Mark Bocinsky, University of Florida

Mark Bocinsky

Then: Summer Staff Session 2, 2010 at Covecrest

Now: Currently I am finishing my senior year at the University of Florida. I will graduate in May with my BA in Business Administration and a minor in Education. I am leading the Catholic Student Fellowship at UF as the President of the club. I am involved with the music ministry at our student Parish (St Augustine Church) and I just got a new job!

Do you keep in touch? Yes! The best that I can!

Would you do it again? No hesitation.

Should a college student become a summer missionary at a Life Teen Camp? They should apply if it’s God’s will. I didn’t really know anything about the camp yet I felt a push to “dive in” to the “mystery” and let Him guide me. One of the best decisions of my life. A desire to love and serve is important. I believe the most important thing to have would be a desire to grow closer to Christ because that will be inevitable during the camp.

Why should a college student become a summer missionary at a Life Teen camp? A college student should apply, well… not only to just do something for your summer that would be fun, but to do something to your summer that not only changes your life (for the better) but changes hundreds (even thousands) of lives to the TRUTH.

Interested? Apply now for summer 2011
