The Holy Spirit showed up in big ways at the Life Teen event at the 2011 World Youth Day in Madrid, Spain. This is a special recording of XLT with Josh Blakesley Band and Jackie Francois leading worship for over 2,500 teens and young adults from around the world. Randy Raus, president of Life Teen, gives an impassioned talk about believing the unbelievable in our faith, that we could receive the Holy Spirit to be forces to transform our parishes and culture.
I vividly remember the first time I encountered John Paul II. I was at my first World Youth Day in 2002 in Toronto, Canada. I was 17 years old, about to be a senior in high school, and I was ready to explore the world. I wanted to visit Europe, travel the big cities of the world, have an adventure of a lifetime. I couldn’t wait to get out of town and go do something different.
