2010, Camp Tepeyac Week 11 (Life Teen), Day 5

Life Teen campers spent their last full day at Camp Tepeyac fully indulging in the well-known, well-loved MESSY games! Think water, mud, and lots and lots of paint! After cleaning up, Mass was held and a humbling last evening was spent in praise and worship (led by Matt Miller) in front of the Sacrament at Adoration.

2010 Camp Covecrest, Week 06 (Life Teen), Day 5

Pictures are from the final full day of Week 6 at Camp Covecrest. Campers woke up to a morning session, followed by organized free time. Then after lunch, it was time for the much-anticipated messy games. These pictures capture the faces, the fun and the mess of the day — of course, concluded with time in the mud pit. Fr. Camp Tepeyac 2010, Week 10 (EDGE), Day 5

On day 5 of EDGE Camp at Tepeyac, the teens go crazy for the infamous Messy Games! They also enter into to prayer and bible study.

2010 Camp Rockyvine, Week02 (Edge), Day 5

The last full day of camp began with a skit, and Scripture. The middle of the day consisted of getting hot, sweaty, messy and muddy with flag tag, messy games, and the infamous mud pit. After getting cleaned up, the group attended Mass celebrated by guest priest Fr. Chris Dunlap. Walking out of the chapel, middle schoolers and chaperones were given their “Behold the Mystery” T-shirts and took their group photo. The night ended as all nights and weeks should end with prayer, praise and worship and Adoration.

Camp Rockyvine 2010, Week 01 (Life Teen), Day 5

The last full day of “Behold the Mystery” summer camp began with a session on the mystery of prayer. The teens and chaperones got their camp shirts and took the official camp picture but weren’t in the camp shirts for very long because the afternoon was full of messy games and mud! Host Joe Farris and musician Jackie Francois even took part in some of the activities! The day ended how all days should: with Adoration, a bonfire and s’mores.

Camp Covecrest 2010, Week 05 (Edge), Day 5

On Day 5 of Week 5 at camp Covecrest, Campers started the morning with free time and moved into messy games, the mud pit, and the waterfall after lunch. After Mass and family dinner, the evening flowed into a powerful time of Adoration as host Kevin Hickey guided campers in prayer and musician Grae McCullough led praise and worship. Camp Covecrest 2010, Week 04 (Edge), Day 5

Day 5 of the fourth week of camp at Covecrest was a messy one for campers, chaperones and summer staff as they had free time in the morning, then messy games and time in the mud pit in the afternoon. The evening was a time of Eucharistic Adoration and prayer. The theme was “Behold the Mystery;” host was Matt Smith and musicians were Mark and Kristen Dunbar.

Teens had a lot of fun on such a hot day, and closed the night out with a significant time of prayer, worship and Adoration. Camp Covecrest 2010, Week 02 (Life Teen), Day 05

The final day of Life Teen Covecrest camp, Week 2, was packed with messy games, a trip to the mud pit and waterfall, and an evening of worship, prayer and adoration. The teens were sent out Saturday afternoon with the mission to be agents of change in their communities. “Behold the Mystery” was the theme, with host Randy Raus and musician Ben Walther.
