Why I Am Getting Married

I’ve experienced life without my fiancée Jackie and I want no more of it. After years of discernment and three years in seminary formation, I’ve been graced with clarity and peace over this decision. I want to soak up as much Jackie Francois as I can in the time I have been given in this life. Her love has already broken me free of so many stubborn memories and unnecessary fear, giving me courage to become the man God needs me to be, a man that will do his best to lead her to Heaven.

XLT World Youth Day 2011: Believing the Unbelievable

The Holy Spirit showed up in big ways at the Life Teen event at the 2011 World Youth Day in Madrid, Spain. This is a special recording of XLT with Josh Blakesley Band and Jackie Francois leading worship for over 2,500 teens and young adults from around the world. Randy Raus, president of Life Teen, gives an impassioned talk about believing the unbelievable in our faith, that we could receive the Holy Spirit to be forces to transform our parishes and culture.

Camp Covecrest 2011, Week 01 (Edge), Day 02

Campers started day two of “Xtreme Adventures” celebrating Mass with Fr. José Robles-Sanchez, Fr. Paul Salemi and Fr. Bill Hao. Music for mass was led by Jackie Francois and Greg Boudreaux. The rest of the day was spent enjoying the sun. Campers played Gaga, soccer, made arts and crafts in the Art Barn and made tie-dye shirts. Then it was time to get messy! Edge students poured slime on each other, flew down a mud slide and dove into the mud pit to finish off the messy games.

Camp Covecrest 2011, Week 01 (Edge), Day 01

Edge students from different parishes came together at Camp Covecrest today. They dove into icebreaker games in the afternoon and in the evening, enjoyed praise and worship led by Jackie Francois. Steve Allgeyer, this week’s host, spoke to the campers before they headed out for a game of “Survive Covecrest.” The campers ended the night as all nights should end, in a giant dance party.

Life Teen hosted Steubenville East 2010 in Rhode Island. Check out all the picture from this amazing weekend of prayer, worship, Mass, great talks, and awesome fellowship. Paul George hosted the weekend, Ben Walther led worship, Jackie Francois was the entertainment, Fr. Rick Martignetti, OFM and Fr. John Amsberry shared their gift as priest, and John Beaulieu, Kelly Pease, and Brian Kissinger all spoke.
