I Lay down ________

So recently I had the great pleasure of getting to know some of the GREAT people over at Chandler Regional Medical Center. At this time I would like to give a shout out to my two Nurses Shannon & Travis.

I will write the next paragraph as if it were a News report! {get excited}
Last Saturday night Jon Hibbeler was rushed to the hospital in Erin Kleckner’s 2001 volkswagen Passat. Suffering from internal bleeding Jon experienced a good amount of blood loss. After being submitted into the ER Jon was subjected to many tests. After these tests Jon was finally admitted into the hospital.Since Mr. Hibbeler Lost so much blood the doctors were forced to do a blood transfusion.Jon wasn’t released from the hospital until Tuesday night, since the doctors couldn’t solve this mystery. He know resides happily as a missionary for Life Teen in Mesa, AZ.

This was a really hard time for me in the hospital. Just because they were talking about me having Ulcerative colitis and the doctors telling me i should possibly move home back to St. Louis near family.

Having faith in not only what the lord is doing in my body and to my faith.I remember saying “Is this another test of faith lord?””Lord i’m supposed to be going to mexico in 2 weeks! What are you doing to your servant? I work for you lord! All of my providence is in you! The medical bills are going to be outrageous lord! You will have to provide in that way!”

I was overwhelmed by what has happening to me i wasn’t trusting in him.
So I started to pray again, then that night during our consencration to Mary it said “Wait a little while and you shall see a speedy end of suffering.” This could of been a big coincidence but what if it was not?

Two days later I walked out of the hospital knowing that he is a God who heals, provides, and desires our trust in him.

Thank you all for your prayers that were showered upon me during my time of healing.I am well now and have been resting up for our mission which we are leaving for next Tuesday. Please continue to pray for us and for those hearts that we will meet in Mexico.

An STL native Pete Buncher wrote a song that I have just been rocking lately. The lyrics are amazing and just have been touching my heart lately.

I Lay down in my Brokenness, Wash away what’s not holiness.
I Lay down in my brokenness, Wash away all my sin.
I Lay down in my brokenness, Take away what’s not holiness.
I Lay down in my brokenness, Wash away all my sin.
Wash away all my sin.

I Lay me down, I Lay me down.
You wear the Crown, I lay me down.
You wear the Crown, I lay me down.

I Lay down in my brokenness, Take away what’s not holiness.
I Lay down in my brokenness, Wash away all my sin.
Wash away all my sin.
Show me your face, Loving embrace
show me your face, Loving embrace

I lay me down, you wear the crown
Wash away all my sin, show me where to begin.

This simple mediation song makes me has struck me to the core.To hear it check out Pete @ http://www.myspace.com/petebuncher

Love and blessings,
