“Splitscreen: A Love Story is an adorable short film that’s about a long-distance relationship. It won me over because it made me feel that experience of hope. Hope that you’re going to be rewarded with something great, but you gotta go though all those basic steps to get it.
I also think it’s amazing how you can see the couple’s connection by seeing both of their respective lives, city, and culture at the same time. And the best part? It’s all shot on a Nokia N8 cell phone. Sometimes the simplest things tell the best stories.”
