November is just around the corner, and for us that means registration season for next year’s events will begin soon too. Remember, registration for the 2013 Encounter for Life, the Men’s and Women’s Retreats, the Life Teen Winter Training Conference, and all weeks of Edge and Life Teen Summer Camp will open on November 1 at 10:00am Eastern.
One of our goals for this next year is to have very consistent and clear registration and cancellation policies. This way, as members of our family, you know all of the details before you make a reservation. Most of the policies are very similar to last year, but there are a few changes. These policies will be displayed anytime you make a reservation, but you can access the entire list here too. Save this sheet for the year! It will be a helpful guide.
We think these policies balance flexibility with a desire to help us plan and prepare in the best way possible. It also emphasizes to register for spots you know you are going to fill only. This will help avoid any cancellation or deposit penalties. Lastly, these policies emphasis cancelling a registration immediately once you know you cannot attend. By doing that, you will allow other people to attend and keep costs low for other parishes and attendees.
