If flying into San Antonio, use the San Antonio International Airport (SAT) when booking. We recommend having flights arrive before 1:00pm on Sunday and after 3:00pm on Wednesday.
Please provide your own transportation from the airport to the conference venue. An optional shuttle from the hotel to the conference site is available for $40 for the duration of the conference.
On Sunday, registration will take place from 1:00pm-3:00pm with the first general session beginning at 3:00pm. On Wednesday, the conference will end at 12:00pm. More details to come soon!
