Hi Everyone,
Today is the day. We are putting the final touches on all forms – and we are pretty excited about the result. First of all, I want to thank you for your patience with this process. I know many of you would have preferred to get these forms earlier, and we apologize for this. The good news is that once this process is completed this year, it will be much easier next year. Let me explain what we did.
The liability form that we ask you to fill out for all participants will be an online form that goes directly to our database. The form is simple, looks great, and will allow guardians/participants to go directly online to fill it out. After it is filled out, a PDF of all additional forms and the completed liability form will be ready for you to print. Of course we will provide an instruction guide too to make the process as easy as possible.
Why the change? One: it will allow us to communicate with you easier because we will immediately have all of the information. Two: it will provide a convenient location for participants to fill out the forms online. Three: the PDF provided will be specific to the type of registrant, making it easier to know what form to fill out.
Of course this is a new process, so we will evaluate as we go. Know that we are always looking for innovative ways to make your life easier – and to gather information in the most streamlined process possible. Again, thanks for your patience!
