Give A Life Night on the Sacraments at the Service of Communion About This Life Night The Life Night begins with a fun Gather game that makes the teens choose between different ways of serving. The Proclaim discusses the Sacraments of Holy Orders and Matrimony, how they are directed towards the service of others, and how teens can live out their call to both serve others and prepare for their vocation today. The Break is a small group discussion on how to live for others today. The Life Night ends with a foot washing experience that gives the teens the opportunity to serve and be served. Goal of This Night The goal of this Life Night is for teens to recognize how Jesus is present in the Sacraments of Holy Orders and Matrimony and to understand that they are directed towards the good of others. Priests, like Christ, give of themselves for the good of others. – Christ is present to the spouses in that He is made known in their love and gift of self for each other.
