Job Type: Full-Time Position
This role specializes in ministry details and coordination. The Coordinator is responsible for researching and carrying out projects. This may range from designing repairs and applying for building permits to developing relationships, training, parish representatives, and managing accounts. The Coordinator directs and manages staff and volunteers during Work Camp weeks in the summer, ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget. During the remainder of the year, the Coordinator seeks funds, plans for ministry growth, and assists other teams with details and service opportunities.

The vision of Philadelphia OYYA is to guide the people of Philadelphia to know their religion as less of a theory and more of a love affair. The Office seeks to accomplish this in four ways: training/support, live events, service opportunities, and partnership strategies.
