Meet Mark Bocinsky from summer staff 2010 at Covecrest. “Should a college student become a summer missionary at a Life Teen Camp? They should apply if it’s God’s will. I didn’t really know anything about the camp yet I felt a push to “dive in” to the “mystery” and let Him guide me. One of the best decisions of my life. A desire to love and serve is important. I believe the most important thing to have would be a desire to grow closer to Christ because that will be inevitable during the camp.”

As a summer staffer, you not only get to bond with others who are your age and gain a community of friends and family, but you get to truly dive deeper into your faith and the mystery of Christ’s love. And while doing all of this, you get to be wonderful examples for those who are younger than you impacting their lives. Not only was I blessed with opportunity to be a on summer staff, but I was a camper 3 years prior. Summer Staffers truly do impact the lives of others. I remember numerous of the names and faces of those before me who reached out to me. And I was able to return in Summer 2007 and reach out to others. Its amazing!”
