Saint Quotes on the Eucharist: St. Therese of Lisieux

“Do you realize that Jesus is there in the tabernacle expressly for you – for you alone? He burns with the desire to come into your heart … don’t listen to the demon, laugh at him, and go without fear to receive the Jesus of peace and love …

Receive Communion often, very often … there you have the sole remedy, if you want to be cured. Jesus has not put this attraction in your heart for nothing …”

Quotes on the True Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist [PDF]

Our belief as Catholics in the True Presence of Jesus, body, blood, soul and divinity in the Eucharist sets us apart from nearly every other Christian religion because it’s so radical. We share it with you as a desktop wallpaper to use on your computer or iPad to edify you in your faith and help keep your focus on the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ in your daily life.

Life Teen Staff Picks: Swiss Army Backpack

“This sounds crazy, but one of my favorite things is my Swiss Army backpack. For someone like me who tries to be organized, it has tons of pockets and places to put things. I’m always on the road and need something sturdy and dependable. Sure there are other backpacks out there, but not really as great as my Swiss Army backpack!”

Life Teen Staff Picks: Popcorn and a Movie

“Return to Me is a movie that my whole family would sit down and watch together while I was growing up. My favorite part of the movie is the older men. They add a little comic relief to the story. Occasionally, my mom would treat us to her homemade caramel corn as we all gathered to watch a movie. I’m not sure I’m supposed to be sharing her family recipe but I figured just this once it’d be okay!”

Life Teen Staff Picks: Mumford & Sons Cover

Mumford & Sons is one of the most exciting new bands I’ve discovered in a long time. Their first album “Sigh No More” was an underground hit when it landed in Spring 2010 and quickly gained attention due to their heart – wrenching lyrics, stirring harmonies, and pounding rhythms. When Audrey Assad and Jars of Clay decided to cover their title song this past winter on their tour, I knew I wanted to listen.
