This is the sixth week of the Life Teen Summer Prayer Challenge! How’s it going? This week we’d like to challenge you to: Pray in front of an abortion clinic. Every day in the US, 4,000 unborn babies are killed. You and I can make a difference though because prayer works. God listens and works where and when He can.
I’m so excited for you to watch this video if you haven’t already seen it! I love this band and when I first heard this song I couldn’t help but play it over and over again. It’s a great reminder of the way that the Sacrament of Reconciliation wipes our soul clean and in God’s eyes we are an innocent and pure as the day we were baptized.
The Life Teen Summer Prayer Challenge for this week is: Fast on bread and water for lunch one day this week. People were fasting even before Jesus was born, that’s how old this practice is!

Their first album “Sigh No More” was an underground hit when it landed in Spring 2010 and quickly gained attention due to their heart – wrenching lyrics, stirring harmonies, and pounding rhythms. When Audrey Assad and Jars of Clay decided to cover their title song this past winter on their tour, I knew I wanted to listen.
